Bulletin

Jazz band performances (all 3 VC jazz bands) at Barnes and Noble to benefit our jazz department.  Come watch your student perform and do some Christmas shopping while you’re there!

Call time for Ensemble:  3:15 pm
Performance time for Ensemble:  4:00 pm to 5:00 pm

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Ensemble will be required to tear down (after the concert) and load equipment.
• We need two parents with large vehicles (preferably trucks) to transport equipment (drums, congas, vibes, bass, and piano) from Valley to B&N (be at Valley at approx. noon and from B&N back to Valley at approx. 5:15 pm.  Please let Margie Pritchett know if you can provide this transportation.
